Stella's takin' a nap. Wore herself out doin' th' wash 'n stuff, I guess.
Men ain't babies when they're sick... we're th' ones with sense enough t' stay in bed an' rest up -'stead o' grindin' ourselves down doin' things - like th' wash an' cleanin' up th' kitchen an' moppin' th' floor - that c'n just's well wait a couple o' days.
